Your Halifax Mooseheads are hosting a Hockey School this summer and they are bringing in the very best to help them out.  Ron Davidson, from Hockey Night in Canada and founder of UltraSkills Hockey, will be the Lead Instructor and Director for the 1 week camp held at BMO Centre in Bedford from August 6th to 10th.  He'll be joined by members of your Halifax Mooseheads, players and coaches, who will be in attendance all week at camp working with the young hockey players of Nova Scotia.

Through Davidson's UltraSkills Hockey program, which combinesn the very best in North American and European teaching methods, players will receive top instruction in advanced skills and Tactics including:

  • Power and Agility skating
  • Puck Possession and Support
  • Shooting
  • Positional Play
  • Puck Handling
  • Passing
  • Shooting
  • And much more!

Players will be put through unique high-tempo drills that have made Ron Davidson a favorite among coaches and players alike.  These drills keep everyone moving and are focused on teaching young players to read and react, create and anticipate.  Players will develop timing, hockey sense and awareness, skills which dramatically improve game performance.  But most of all, the Halifax Mooseheads Hockey School will be centred on everyone having FUN!

The Mooseheads Hockey School is open to boys and girls of all skill levels  born from 2000 to 2006.  A daily schedule can be seen by clicking the link below.
