The Herd got off to the start they were looking for Friday night in Drummondville.

A quick 2-0 lead on goals from Luca Ciampini and Matthew Boudreau early in the first period and some solid goaltending by Zach Fucale proved to be enough as the Herd held on for a 3-1 win in Drummondville.  Darcy Ashley added an empty netter before the buzzer to seal the victory.  Nathan MacKinnon added 2 assists for the Herd and was named the game's 1st star.

The win is a good start for the Moose who are playing 3 games in 3 days on the road.  They'll head to Quebec City tomorrow where they'll visit the Remparts in a big game at le Colisee.  Tune into News 95.7 with John Moore for the play by play or follow us on twitter for live updates.

The Moose are back on home ice this Thursday, November 24th when they host the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles at 7pm.  Friday Night the PEI Rocket are at the Metro Centre.  For tickets to either game visit the Ticket Atlantic Box Office, select Superstore Outlets, www.ticketatlantic.com or charge by phone 451-1221.
