Mooseheads Flag to Fly at City Hall Tomorrow

Mayor Peter Kelly will raise the Mooseheads flag at City Hall tomorrow.
To show support of the HalifaxMooseheads current playoff run Mayor Peter Kelly and Hal, the Mooseheads mascot, will raise the Mooseheads flag at City Hall tomorrow morning (Friday, April 27th) at 10am. The Mooseheads play Game 5 of their QMJHL Semi-Final series in Rimouski friday night. This game will be broadcast live from Rimouski on national TV (Rogers Sportsnet) @ 8pm.
Mooseheads fans have come out in record numbers to support the Herd during their current playoff run, averaging close to 9,000 fans per game through 7 playoff games including two sellouts last weekend. Tickets for this Sunday’s Game 6 at the Metro Centre of the Mooseheads semi-final matchup with Rimouski sold out in close to 20 minutes today. Puck drop is at 4pm.
