Mooseheads Big Brothers Big Sisters Ball Hockey Extravaganza

The Mooseheads and their partners Big Brothers Big Sisters had a blast hosting the first annual Mooseheads Big Brothers Big Sisters Ball Hockey Extravaganza. Captain Cameron Critchlow brought newly appointed Assistant Captain Trey Lewis, forward Luca Ciampini, and goaltender Anthony Terenzio out for a fun game of ball hockey with their new friends at Big Brother’s Big Sisters on the outdoor arena by Gorsebrook Junior High School.
The event was complete with a live perfectly sung anthem while all the players on both sides got introduced through the Moose tunnel! Cameron Critchlow and Terenzio’s Team Red came out on top 8-7 thanks to the connection between Critchlow and another #11 named Cameron his teammate from Big Brothers Big Sisters as the two of them connected for some great goals. The younger Cameron won the game for Team Red with a last minute penalty shot.
Thanks to all the great volunteers who made the event a hit with a free bbq team from Wilson’s Gas Stop, great interactive games set up by a team from the Gap and a very talented face painter who put a lot of interesting game faces on.
